Beverage Services

The Southern Empress offers several packages for your beverage requirements. The choices include:

• Hosted Bar - charges are accrued based on actual consumption at the event. The total is added to the tab and an 19% gratuity is added to the total beverage purchase. A credit card or check in payment is required at the conclusion of the event.

• Drink Tickets - the simplicity and control mechanisms are built into this procedure. Tickets are valid for anything requested from the bar except premiums and including soft drinks or specialty drinks. Tickets are purchased in advance by the host for $5.00 each and gratuity and tax are included in the price.

• Cash Bar - each guest is responsible for payment of his or her own beverage purchases.

• Special Arrangements - in the event you choose to host beer, wine, champagne or sodas, arrangements can be made to purchase and serve kegs, case wines, soda packages, etc.
