Life can be unpredictable, but trip protection gives you one less thing to worry about. With trip protection, you have the ability to reschedule your tickets up until the day of the event (refund requests must be submitted no later than eight (8) hours prior to boarding time).
Trip protection must be selected during the initial ticket purchase process in order to be valid, it cannot be added later. All requests submitted under trip protection must be submitted by email by going to our webpage www.southernempress.com. Requests will not be accepted by telephone or text. Requests for refunds must be submitted minimum eight (8) hours prior to boarding time. Tickets may be put on hold or transferred to a different date up until the start of boarding time, however, we must receive your request via email prior to the start of boarding time in order for it to be valid.
Ticket holders who do not submit a request in the allotted time period and miss the cruise will be considered no-shows and will be ineligible for a refund/rebook.
